Reworking of the existing chlorine storage system, including demolition of two large tanks, modifications to the maintenance catwalk, and rerouting of the chemical curb to service the remaining system. Working in this environment required implementing a project-specific safety training program for Wells & West employees and subcontractors in the event of a chemical spill.
