We have been working with Wells and West for over 20 years. They have completed simple projects to very complex projects for Serco at several facilities we have occupied over the years. The most recent project included a consolidation project that was to take just over 3 months. The team concluded the project 2 weeks early in large part to the hardworking and dedicated staff. As a GC the team was on site everyday ensuring all activities were complete to a high standard. The entire team was easy to work with and more than accommodating to the various changes along the way. The attention to detail, forward thinking before, during and after the project is why we keep coming back to Wells and West for our construction needs.

We used Wells & West as our General Contractor for a major office renovation/buildout of 55K sq ft of office space. Simply stated, they did great and were a pleasure to work with.

Wells & West was the general contractor for a 3-phase rehabilitation of an 1890s Victorian farmhouse in El Paso County. This process was spread out over four years and they were responsible for choosing the subcontractors and working with a supervising architect. The firm was easy to work with, stayed within budget, chose wonderful subcontractors, and in general provided an overall A+ work environment. I highly recommend them!!
