Pikes Peak Regional Building Department ADA Parking Upgrades

This project brought the Regional Building Department’s parking lot up to current ADA standards. It entailed the complete removal of the existing ADA parking area and creating a new, larger area. This had to be accomplished while maintaining the public’s access into the building and creating temporary ADA parking during the work. All of the demolition and concrete construction was done using our in-house concrete crew, and the entire job was completed during the winter months.
