USA Basketball

USA Basketball was offered the opportunity to take over the street level space below the iconic United States Olympic Committee offices in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs.

The main floor would become new offices, conference rooms, break room, lobby, and open office area, while the basement would become storage and materials management space.

Converting this office space to their use required demolition of all existing finishes, structural repairs to the existing building, and modifications to the structure to allow installation of a new material lift. All building systems were modified to serve the new space. Finishes were elaborate with maple incorporated into flooring, walls, and ceilings to help create the unique theme of this space.
