Helen Hunt Campus

This multi-phase project has helped the Hillside Community Initiative’s efforts to revitalize the Hillside neighborhood by repurposing the closed and blighted Helen Hunt Elementary School Campus. Building B was completed in 2018, and now houses several non-profits. The historic Building A is slated for a summer 2020 opening, and will feature a coffee shop and additional non-profit office space. Work to the campus has involved intensive renovations to the existing buildings, as well as significant site improvements.
