Greg Jones, President

Greg Jones is the owner and president of Wells & West General Contractors, Inc.  He has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry; from working in the field as a teenager, to facility management, project management and now owner and president.  Greg holds Class A contractor’s licenses in El Paso, Teller and Douglas Counties.

Randy Rowe, Safety Director

Randy brings over 30 years of construction knowledge and experience to our team.  As the Safety Director for Wells & West General Contractors, Inc., he is responsible for the every day safety supervision of all projects.  He holds weekly safety meetings for our in-house crews, project managers and superintendents.  He has countless hours of OSHA training, and is constantly researching more effective ways to ensure safety for all our employees, clients, owners, and subcontractors.  His attention to detail has been invaluable.  With military roots and a strong love of Colorado, he relates well to the varying needs of our broad customer base.

Randy Stewart, Project Manager

Randy has over 30 years experience in construction management and estimating.  Randy holds a Class A contractor’s license with Regional Building Department and is our resident expert on metal buildings.

John Byers, Project Manager

John brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry from working in the field to estimating and managing projects.  John also holds a Class A contractor’s license and has extensive experience in government contracting requirements.

Jim Rose, Project Manager

Jim brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry from working in the field to estimating and managing projects.  Jim also holds a Class A contractor’s license and has extensive experience as a Master Plumber.

Brad Meyer, Project Manager

Brad brings over 12 years of experience in the construction industry from working in the field to estimating and managing projects.
